Instead of a showroom, we offer a free home consultation, where our expert will bring fabric samples, take measurements, and provide recommendations based on your space. This ensures you can see and feel the materials in your own lighting and decor before making a decision.
  • How do I schedule a consultation?
    You can book a free consultation through our online booking form. Our technician will visit your location to take measurements and showcase fabric options. Payment is only required after you confirm your order.
  • What is the cost of the consultation?
    The consultation is completely free. Our technician will take accurate measurements, show you the fabric samples and designs and provide a final quote. You can then decide whether to proceed with the order.
  • How long does it take to receive my curtains after placing an order?
    Once your payment is processed, you will receive your custom made curtains in 5 days.
  • Can I cancel or return my order?
    Since our curtains are made to order, cancellations or returns are not accepted after the transaction is processed. However, if your curtains arrive damaged or defective, we will offer immediate resolutions.

  • Custom products are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. This does not include damages caused by misuse, or wear and tear.
